How long will it take to receive my order?
We require 3 -7 business days to verify and process your order. Processing includes payment and order confirmation this is done on business days only Monday - Friday (no weekends or holidays). This time-frame does not include shipping.
*Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the selected shipping method for your order.

*Yes, we only sell quality clothing items. We are not related to or affiliated with any other website on the internet. We hand pick our items to assure their quality, we also work closely with the independent designers.
Why did I receive an email asking for a replacement item for an order I already completed?
*We are a high demand fashion store both online and in-store and sometimes items can become out of stock without our system first catching it allowing you to make your purchase although this very rare. In the event that some items in your order are out of stock or unavailable, we will try to contact you via email and have you replace the item before we complete and ship it. **** In most cases we will not delay shipment of the order and all available items will ship, you will then receive online store credit for the unavailable item(s).
How can I track my order?
*When your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number with a link to the carrier.
I add items to my cart and it still says zero items in my cart..Why?
We have found that normally when this happens the customer is using the Internet Explorer Browser. If you are currently using Internet Explorer than sometimes it is not advanced enough for our website. We recommend using another browser such as Chrome or Firefox as these are faster browsers.
If the browser is not the issue and you are using a mobile device or tablet please restart your device and re-visit our website.
Why did I receive my hair wig/lace front order separate from the clothing items I purchased?
Our hair wigs/lace wigs could ship separately from clothing; If you have placed an order with both wigs and clothing it is a possible that you will receive the wig order in a separate package.
