Order Processing

We run a high demand boutique. We do our best to make the order process as quick and smooth as possible. For the protection of our customers the following process is applied.

Orders are not processed until we complete payment verification.

We require 3-7  business days  to verify and process all online orders. To assure the safety of our company and customers we verify all credit/debit card payments.

All orders will  begin processing  the next business day after the order was placed.

We do not process on weekends or holidays.

Please be aware that delivery times do not include the processing time-frame. 

 Processing Example for all orders is as follows;
Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will begin processing on Monday.

  • Day 2. Verify Payment / We Begin Processing Your Order
  • Day 3 - Processing
  • Day 4. Processing
  • Day 5. Preparing Order For Shipment
  • Day 6. Shipping Day
*Processing time-frame can vary between 2-5 days
*Orders can ship sooner



Please note every order placed including returns will go through the order process in place.



Changes to your order may only be made prior to order processing .

Cancellation Cut-off time: 11:59pm EST day of order placement.

Cancellation of any order can not be guaranteed since we begin processing orders quickly.

If you cancel your order after it has started processing or shipped your request will be completed as a return.

 If  a cancellation request is approved during processing than the customer will be accessed a $15 re-stock fee.


*We reserve the right to wait until payment clear before processing orders including International orders.
