Shipping Policy

For your convenience we offer several shipping methods via USPS

Economy First Class FREE Shipping is our lowest priced shipping method. This option does not come with package tracking due to the low economy cost..

Priority Mail 2-3 days is the fastest way to receive your package once shipped. This option will include tracking which will be provided to the customer. The cost of this shipping option is $9.75 flat rate.

Once your order has shipped, you may track your package using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. We  require 3-7 business days to process all orders, shipping time-frame is calculated after the processing time-frame.

All Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS express and surcharges apply. 

International shipping is available, please email us using the "contact us" form on our website to request pricing for your package based on destination.


***Our hair wigs/lace wigs could ship separately from clothing; If you have placed an order with both wigs and clothing it is a possible that you will receive the wig order in a separate package.  


Expected Delivery Times:

§ USPS Domestic Standard Economy Shipping : Within 5-10 business days from the time your package is confirmed and departs our warehouse. 

§ USPS Priority Mail  2-3 days with tracking. (The processing time-frame still applies)

How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases if you pay for Priority Mail you will receive your package in 2-3  days from the time it is shipped from our warehouse depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Standard Economy First Class Mail 5-10 days

International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. 


Please note that delivery times do not include the initial 3-7 business days requested for processing.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or the following holidays:

§  New Year’s Day (January 1st); Memorial Day (the last Monday in May); Independence Day (July 4th); Labor Day (the first Monday in September);  Thanksgiving Day (the fourth Thursday in November); Day after Thanksgiving; Christmas Day (December 25th);  New Year’s Eve (December 31st)

Bella Bella Fashions will not be responsible for shipping reimbursement due to the following issues:

  • Wrong address is input at time of order by customer
  • Post Office error or error of delivery person
  • Package is left with another party or at a location 
  • Package refused by the customer - if the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Bella Bella Fashions. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. 
  • We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. It is our customers responsibility to accept their packages during the time of delivery or make proper arrangements with their local post office.

Bella Bella Fashions will cover return shipping costs if there is a mistake with your order made by Bella Bella Fashions during fulfillment.
