Return Policy & Store Credit
Our Return Policy
Not that you would want to return your lovely item :) But, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
Your return request must be submitted via our new return center.
Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging and garment bag it arrived in with manufacturer tags attached. Items must be UNWORN AND UNWASHED.
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
**If you cancel your order after it has started processing or shipped your request will be completed as a return.
Exchanges will be treated as a return, if you have an item you which to return for a different size, color or style it will be treated as a return. Please visit our Returns Center by clicking the link provided above or at the bottom of our website. Upon receiving the original item back and if approved we will issue store credit so that you can re-purchase the desired item.
- . Please make sure to use a USPS shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and approved store credit will be issued within 5 business days after receiving your return; email notification will be sent at that time.
Please note returns on a single order can only be processed once.
**Please be advised we will not accept returns that consist of pet hair as this is considered damaged. If item(s) received has any traces of animal hairs your return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Store Credits On Return Items: Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after we process your return. All store credit will be issued to your Bella Bella Fashions customer account. If you do not have an account with us you must create one in order to access and use your store credit, simply visit our website and select the Sign Up button located at the top of the page, you MUST use the same email address used when placing your order. When using your store credit you have the option to use the entire balance available or save some credit for later. All store credit has an expiration date of 120 days from the date it was issued after 120 days any remaining credit will be lost.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when sending items back to Bella Bella Fashions for a return.
**If you were gifted store credit by Bella Bella Fashions than the same rule apply. You must have a customer account to access your store credit, if you do not have a customer account simply visit our website and select the Sign Up button located at the top of the page, you MUST use the same email address used when placing your order. You will have a total of 120 days from the date the credit was issued to use your store credit balance, after 120 days any remaining credit will be lost.
Shipping charges for returns: If an order fulfillment mistake was made on the part of Bella Bella Fashions we will cover the shipping cost up to $5.50
If your return is simply a request based on dislike, or sizing, customers are responsible for minimal shipping charges for new items of $3.65*

Please note we operate a high demand fashion store so if the item you wish to return is out of stock we will grant you an in-store credit for the full purchase amount.
Holiday exchanges will be treated as a return.
